My work included designing, developing, and delivering cyber-related curricula aligned with institutional needs and the evolving regional threat environment. I also led the development and coordination of governance structures, operational protocols, and collaborative frameworks that supported the Institute’s effective operation, strengthened partnerships, and advanced a coordinated approach to cyber capacity-building across the Caribbean.

My work includes lecturing internationally at the undergraduate level, supervising postgraduate researchers, and delivering regional executive-level training for professional audiences. I develop faculty training and digital-pedagogy workshops, apply learning analytics and assessment design to strengthen learner outcomes, and lead the implementation and maintenance of education technologies. Through research and development, I also create virtual laboratories, simulations, and other immersive learning environments that support accessible, engaging, and future-focused education.
